Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package isn’t the easiest thing on earth. You will either have to use some other server or your personal computer, or, alternatively assign a 3rd–party software. We offer a far easier option with our Optional Managed Services deal. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your VPS server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any important data. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup copy really quickly. All the backups are retained on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure certain software apps on it. And if this may sound like something far too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Optional Managed Services deal, is definitely the right thing for you. With it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our expert server administrators who will install any software or fix any issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
