We’ll move your site(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost data and undesirable downtime. For this reason, we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got skilled administrators whose chief task is to make certain that your web site performs precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known scripts such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise ETA, since there are plenty of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to transfer your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the website content is not very large).

A: We will need the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose precisely the same information you have given to your present web hosting provider. We also have a very rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled.

A: Your site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous hosting provider. As soon as we are through with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our system and we’ll ask you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will have to do is edit the name server records associated with your domain name. Your web site will be transferred to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We’ll never get in touch with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. In essence, if we can access your Control Panel, we will be able to migrate your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
